In the past, the domestic steam generator market had a long-standing problem of being "large but not strong", with overcapacity in low-end products and a long-term market share of less than 10% in high-end products. In recent years, technological upgrades have been rapidly changing this situation, and the entire industry is accelerating its transformation towards high efficiency, energy conservation, and zero carbon.

The guidance from the policy side has injected strong impetus into the development of the industry. According to relevant industry statistics, China's annual industrial steam consumption was about 120 million tons, and the average thermal efficiency of traditional steam equipment was only about 70%, resulting in a large amount of energy being wasted. A series of energy-saving and carbon reduction policies introduced by the country explicitly require the elimination of high energy consuming outdated steam equipment and encourage the promotion of a new generation of high-efficiency steam generators with thermal efficiency of over 95%. Industry calculations show that if the steam equipment is fully upgraded, China can save about 3 million tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 8 million tons annually, which plays a crucial role in achieving the dual carbon goals in the industrial sector.

Technological innovation is becoming the core driving force for industry upgrading. Nowadays, domestic steam generator companies are no longer simply imitating and assembling in the past, but are continuing to deepen their core technology: fully premixed surface combustion technology enables more complete combustion of gas, and nitrogen oxide emissions can be reduced to below 30mg/m ³, fully meeting the strictest low nitrogen environmental protection requirements in China; New heat transfer structures, such as metal foam enhanced heat transfer and spiral fin tube, constantly push the thermal efficiency of equipment to new heights; The popularization of IoT intelligent monitoring systems enables devices to achieve remote operation and maintenance, as well as fault warning. Users can view real-time operating data of steam generators on their mobile phones, completely changing the previous situation where steam equipment required dedicated personnel to be on duty 24 hours a day.

The upgrading of market demand is also driving the entire industry towards high-end development. In the past, many users chose steam generators based solely on price and steam production. Now, more and more users are paying attention to thermal efficiency, carbon emissions, and full lifecycle operation and maintenance costs. In industries such as food and pharmaceuticals that require extremely high steam cleanliness, high-end steam generators with all stainless steel heat exchange and seamless polishing have become a must-have; In special scenarios such as the production of new energy materials, high-end equipment that can provide superheated steam with a dryness rate of over 99% used to rely entirely on imports, but now domestic products can completely replace them, with prices more than 40% lower than imported equipment, and subsequent operation and maintenance services are more convenient.
